Within Australia shipping

Please allow us up to 7 days to fulfil your order and an additional 3-5 days for Australia Post to deliver your parcel. Tracking is included with all orders and will be included once your order has left our studio. 

Your order will be covered by Australia Post up to $100 in value. If your order is over $100, we will highly recommend you to add Extra Cover. Please make a note in the comment box at checkout.

Oversea Shipping

Australia Post eParcel is the shipping method that we use for international orders.

 

• International Standard Pack & Track – Includes Tracking but no signature or insurance. Can be purchased at customer request (please email for rates).

Insurance is not available for all countries, but for countries where is it available, rates are based on the value of the order.  Insurance can be added to international packages by request at the time of ordering If you do not request insurance we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. Please request this in the
comments box at checkout and we will advise of the cost.  If you request an order to be left without signature if not home it will invalidate insurance so no claim will be possible.

Parcels are not insured by us – if you do want insurance added to your order please contact us at the time of ordering to request the extra fee be added to cover the value.
